I made this basic armor template for my Crux Eqal armor for Runescape! It's a great base to start off with eva foam crafting, as it's easy to assemble and understand. You can add details on top using triangle bevels (sold by many cosplay shops that also sell eva foam)
I recommend 5 to 8mm eva foam to be used for these patterns. If you are larger than me (165cm) scale up your patterns by about 5 or 10% (so a total of 105% or 110%).
I recommend to leave the back seam of the chestplate, or the seam to the sides (between pieces 3-4) open, so you can get into your chestplate. You need to mirror the chest pattern (or flip them over) to create the other half of the chest, as the pattern only covers one half.
Pepakura files are also included, you can use them as an easy 3d preview, to help adjust sizing, or to help understand how to modify or make patterns using pepakura yourself.
